red ribbon

Monday, October 27th DGTA Scholars participated in the Red Ribbon Assembly. Red Ribbon Week is an annual drug prevention and awareness campaign observed in the United States, usually held during the last week of October (typically October 23–31). It’s the largest drug-abuse prevention program in the nation and encourages youth, schools, and communities to live drug-free lives.

Scholars signed the school ribbon as a pledge to stay drug free.
