Ramadan

On March 18th, Ramadan — the holiest month in the Islamic calendar — came to a close. Observed through fasting, prayer, reflection, and community, Ramadan is a deeply meaningful time for Muslims around the world. At DGTA, we honored this occasion by recognizing and celebrating our Muslim students and staff who observed the month with dedication and devotion.

At DGTA, we believe that celebrating diverse cultures and traditions makes us stronger, more empathetic, and more united as a community. When we take time to recognize moments like Eid al-Fitr, we affirm that every student and staff member belongs — fully and authentically — in our school. Cultural celebration is not just an event; it is an ongoing commitment to seeing, honoring, and uplifting one another.

From the early pre-dawn meals to the nightly breaking of the fast at iftar, our community members demonstrated remarkable resilience, faith, and grace throughout the month. DGTA is proud to stand alongside them in acknowledgment of this sacred time.
